Founded in 1832 in Gragnano Trebbiense, Piacenza – Italy, Molino Dallagiovanna is a family-run mill with nearly two centuries of passion and expertise in processing wheat.
From its humble beginnings with a small stone mill to becoming one of Italy’s leading flour producers, the company has always combined tradition, innovation, and quality.
In 2000, it established its own research lab and in-house bakery to ensure consistent excellence.
Today, led by the 5th and 6th Dallagiovanna generations, the mill exports to over 60 countries worldwide.
Located in Italy’s renowned Food Valley, Molino Dallagiovanna continues to represent the true heritage of Italian milling.
